The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and SeaMorgens. By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Orders & Delivery
In order for you, as a customer, to make a purchase of goods at SeaMorgens you must register the following information:
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
The information is being kept for the purpose of delivery of goods to the right address. When gathering this information via our website, we do so only at your consent. When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
To shop with us you must be at least 16 years old and be authorised to use a credit or debit card or hold a PayPal account.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering
SeaMorgens cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices listed on the website are regularly checked. However, in the unlikely event that an item price has been incorrectly listed, SeaMorgens reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Stock permitting, all orders received before 2.p.m (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is indicative and, unless otherwise stated, not guaranteed. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. At SeaMorgens we work our socks off to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays this may be because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery of your order, you agree to undertake reasonable steps, as requested by SeaMorgens in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Although every effort will be made by SeaMorgens to assist with non-delivery issues, Royal Mail does not consider delayed items as “lost” or “missing” for 15 days within the UK, or 30 days overseas. This may result in a delay in replacing or refunding your order.
Payments & Prices
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit, debit card or PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo, American Express.
SeaMorgens cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging GBP into any other currency.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.
The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the GB applicable rate of VAT (20%) and all import taxes.
We aim to protect legitimate payment card and PayPal account holders from fraud and therefore will report to the relevant authorities any person using, or attempting to use, a payment method without apparent authority.
